About the Role
This position reports to the Production Manager, combining Quantity Surveying with related Administration functions to ensure a smooth end-to-end process for an efficient production delivery. The successful candidate will need strong collaborative skills, attention to detail, initiative, and a desire to set high standards. This role offers an opportunity for growth within a mature business within the Residential Construction industry.

Duties:
- Quantify all materials required for factory production per job
- Place orders with suppliers
- Receive orders and manage supplier queries
- Follow up on overdue orders
- Conduct monthly stock take and reconciliation
- Create factory consent packs, documents, and physical files
- Coordinate inspections and consents between council and factory personnel
Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience and product knowledge in Residential Construction
- Proven experience or willingness to learn Estimating/Quantity Surveying
- Experience in inventory/stock management
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels
- Customer-focused and committed to delivering high-quality service
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team
- Capability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Excel, and Word
