About the Employer/Role
This Commercial Cleaning Franchise has been established in Australia for more than 30 years. Having built a name for themselves and being well respected market leaders (Nationally) selling their services, is not difficult. They’re in need of a “top notch” motivated Telemarketer/Appointment Setter for their Brisbane office, who is pro-active and is happy to “run with it”.
What’s great about this role
If you’re a “people person” and you love to be rewarded for your efforts, then this is the role for you. You will be the sole Telemarketer/Appointment Setter, working closely with the Sales Manager and a BDM. Whilst they also make their own appointments, they will also be relying on you to assist them with setting appointments for them. Your pro-active approach, your professionalism, and your ability to follow up and secure appointments will be greatly appreciated. How much commission you earn, will be totally in your control. You will not be competing with others. A very attractive commission and incentive structure is in place. This team is small, but mighty, and in growth mode.
Duties
- Qualify leads, schedule appointments and work closely with the Sales team
- Engage with potential customers over the phone to educate them about the services on offer
- Contact past customers to update details & maintain the CRM system
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers
Skills and Experience
- Previous exp in telemarketing/appointment setting is essential
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- The ability to follow up and plan your day
- Passion for providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software
