About the Role
As the sole Marketing Manager your expertise in the B2B market will serve you well. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, measuring and optimising marketing initiatives. Being an IT Consultancy, you need to have the ability to translate technical concepts into impactful marketing materials. You will have the assistance of an administrator.

Duties
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive acquisition and retention, leveraging content marketing, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, webinars, events, digital advertising and social media.
Execution: Create, publish and manage marketing assets while supporting Sales and Customer Success teams with content.
Insights & Analytics: Stay informed on market trends and client needs, feeding insights into strategies and measuring campaign performance.
Leadership: Oversee marketing admin resources and external and marketing partners.
Skills and Experience
- Marketing qualification is essential
- 5+ years “hands on” experience
- Exceptional content writing skills
- Expertise in digital marketing, email campaigns & social media
- Proficient with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn and Zoom
- In-depth knowledge of online marketing best practices
