About the Employer/Role
This is an International Franchise that has been established in Australia for more than 30 years. Having built a name for themselves and being well respected market leaders (Nationally), selling their services, is not difficult. Due to continued growth they’re in need of more Telemarketers/Appointment Setters/Lead Generators for their in-house team. Local and National Commercial Sites including Education, Manufacturing, Medical and Retail form part of thier client portfolio.

Duties
- Qualify leads, schedule appointments and work closely with the Sales team;
- Engage with potential customers over the phone to educate them about the services on offer;
- Contact past customers to update details & maintain the CRM system;
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers.
Skills and Experience
- Previous exp in appointment setting/telemarketing/sales
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Passion for providing excellent customer service;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
