Duties
- Be the first point of contact
- Build and maintain client/customer relationships
- Efficiently answer & resolve all customer enquiries
- Onboard new customers into the CRM system
- Prepare Quotations
- Process Orders
- Maintain an accurate CRM system
Skills and Experience
- Experience in an on-line/portal CSR role essential
- Excellent customer service skills/phone manner
- Computer literate/IT savvy
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- A can-do attitude/solution based problem solver
- You’re a “people person”
