Customer Sales Support Representative

Our client is a well-respected NZ owned business, who have been enhancing the quality of people’s lives for over 35 years.  They have developed trusted partnerships across multiple markets, including Public and Private Hospitals, Aged Care and Community Care. 
  
This is a newly created opportunity for a confident, energetic person, who has excellent communication, administration and CRM skills and a problem solving mindset.  This is a busy role, where you will be actively participating in Internal Sales Team functions, including sales administration, handling inbound and outbound calls, servicing new and existing customers, responding to customer product enquiries, database maintenance and overall management of customer expectations.  In addition, you will be supporting the General Manager with managing day to day systems and procedures, to ensure the most efficient processes are being utilised to meet client outcomes and company KPI’s.

Duties:

  • Efficiently action customer requests and enquiries over the phone and via email
  • Ensure quote requests are actioned with priority
  • Handle Sales Rep phone calls and emails & coordinate any priority jobs
  • Manage relationships with an existing network of customers
  • Resolve customer issues or complainnts
  • Ensure all relevant product/order details are entered into the ERP system
  • Make relevant outbound calls as required

Skills and Experience:

  • Have an adaptable mindset, a high level of charisma
  • Be someone who is a positive productive & conducive team member
  • High level of Computer literacy including MS Office, CRM & ERP systems
  • Take ownership of each enquiry, understanding the customer’s needs & actioning effectively
  • Demonstrated internal sales & customer support experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A passion for working with people and making a difference
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic “can-do” attitude
  • Professional manner and the ability to utilise your initiative
  • Time management & excellent organizational skills
  • Must have full NZ working rights 
  • Must be willing to undertake a pre-employment drug test
