About the Role
You will be joining a well-established business, who for over 30 years have been developing innovative water and wastewater solutions, including custom designed to meet specifications for every project.
  
We are seeking a reliable, dedicated Sales and Logistics expert who can work autonomously and prides themselves on always providing high quality customer service. Among other things, your ability to collaborate seamlessly across the stakeholder group to help drive growth of the business is high priority for this role.

Duties:

  • Perform lead generation activities to grow existing client base
  • Attend to customer enquiries received through phone, emails and walk-ins
  • Provide administration support across the sales process (e.g. creating proposals)
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers on product orders, delivery, and orders
  • Assist with stock level monitoring and management
  • Undertake maintenance and manage accuracy of CRM system data
  • Assist with general administration, office keeping duties and tasks as required (e.g. generating reports)

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in technical Sales Support and/or Customer Service roles
  • Practical understanding of water pumping systems advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Passion for providing engaging and positive customer experience
  • Self-driven and excellent communicator to engage across all areas of the business
  • Solid time management and organisational skills
  • Solutions focused and able to problem solve
  • Computer literate, with experience in Excel & CRM Systems (e.g. NetSuite)
