This international Commercial Cleaning Franchise Business is well respected and a leader in their field. Due to an internal promotion, once again they have briefed us to find them a BRM. If you’re looking for an opportunity where your efforts can result in career advancement, then this is it.
About the Role
Your previous experience as a BRM or an Accounts Manager will see you considered for this opportunity. You will be entrusted to look after the Business’s most valuable assets (their clients and their franchisees). Utilising your communication and negotiation skills you will manage your own portfolio. Ensuring both clients and franchisees are satisfied, and all policies and procedures are being followed will be your responsibility. KPI’s and targets are reasonable and achievable, and you will not be micro-managed.
A snapshot of duties
- Develop and maintain sound business relationships
- Transition customers from Sales to Operations
- Visit prospective customers daily
- Liaise with customers and the franchisees
What we are looking for
- Experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft and CRM software
- Great communication skills (face to face & written)
- You are solution focused, organised and proactive
- Your Franchising or Cleaning background will put you at the top of the list (but is not essential)
