Duties:
- Install a range of Commercial coffee machines
- Undertake scheduled and reactive maintenance
- Diagnose and repair machine faults
- Provide exceptional customer, remaining professional at all times
- Provide training to new clients on equipment
- Work as part of a team to get the job done
- Explore opportunities to market and sell Coffee Equipment
- Willing to travel nationwide 1-2 times a month
Skills and Experience:
- Previous hands-on experience in Mechanical trade background
- Able to apply technical knowledge with ease
- Energetic can-do approach, self-reliant and self-starter
- Customer Service focused
- A great team player
- Understanding of OHS and Safe Work Practices
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Proactive, solution-oriented and the ability to adapt quickly to change and display initiative
- Physically fit, as some lifting is required
- Clean, Full Driver’s License
- Current EAS Electrical License or willing to undergo training
